Tim is managing partner of Hamick Asset Management, a real estate investment company that specializes in the investment in and purchase of multi-family and multi-tenant real estate assets. Geographic areas of focus include Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Denver, Phoenix, Tucson and other markets throughout Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Michigan and Florida.

Tim is also managing partner of Elevate Land Holdings, a real estate development company that specializes in land acquisition, land development and multi-family ground-up development opportunities. Based in Southeast Michigan, ELH owns assets in Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Ingham and Livingston counties. Other geographic areas of focus include southwest Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.

Land acquisition and ground-up development opportunities begin with the identification of a premium location. Working with industry leading consultants, each property is comprehensively evaluated, including in-depth research to identify demographic and market opportunities which form a comprehensive concept plan, financial pro-forma and timeline for development and construction. ELH self-performs all construction, including warranty claims after the final unit is occupied.

Tim has broad experience in property valuation, acquisition, rehabilitation, leasing, asset management and sales.

Previously, Tim had senior executive roles with P&L responsibility at three financial services firms, including Merrill Lynch where he was a Managing Director.
